I went running in SF this evening, and I made sure to run by this Banksy. It’s weird to see it now … someone bolted and sealed a clear plexiglass pane over the doctor, and there are haphazard Engrish signs on both sides of the work:
Please help us preserve this precious piece of art! It’s very difficult to get it, and destroying it is a lost for everybody!
After seeing the Banksy documentary, the signs seem like perfect additions to the art.
