You’d think providing satellite TV service would be relatively straightforward: person orders, you set them up, person pays, you don’t mess with their service.
Nope. That isn’t the way DirecTV rolls.
Despite the paid bill saying that we’ve got their highest programming package, DirecTV decided to play around with our account behind the scenes, rendering it unusable, with zero channels “purchased” … [sarcasm] Don’t worry. The crack squad at DirecTV customer service will have us back online in no time… It looks like we just have to unplug and replug the box a few more times and restart it a time or two. [/sarcasm]
