Dear Texans,
Please do not call the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Driver License Division while I am trying to call. Hearing the “our lines are busy, please call back later” message while I’m just trying to update my address is getting pretty annoying.

- Get a phone system that can handle more than 5 callers at a given time.
