Why do I still have 97 Gmail invites available?
Actually, let me dissect that question:
- Why do I only have 97 invites to a service that is no longer exclusive?
- I gave 3 Gmail invites away before the public availability of the platform … why haven’t I regenerated those three invites?
- If someone has endured the ridicule of having a non-Gmail email address for the last four years, what are the odds that they are waiting on me to invite them before they sign up?
- If someone doesn’t have a Gmail account and doesn’t know about Gmail, they are probably bad at the Internet, so it doesn’t matter what email provider they use to forward chain letters and help Nigerian princes. Right?
Did anyone use up all 100 Gmail invites? If so, does Google not want you to “Invite Friends” anymore?
