Mental Note
When I write a speech meant to inspire support from a large group of people, I should position the arguments like this: First, state my opponent’s position and why it is bad and quickly transition into my position and why it is good. If I use this format, the audience can cheer in response to my position … If I reverse the argument order, I’ll leave a pause for audience response...
