The article is cool, but I was most surprised by a feature on the NYTimes site … double click any word in the content, and it pulls up a definition/search for that term. It may have been around for a while, but it’s the first time I’ve ever noticed...

Biggest advantage (for me) to have a President’s Club membership: they can work magic to get you “premium” seats like bulkheads and exit rows if you ask them in the clubs. The free booze and comfortable chairs are just icing on the cake.

I don’t want a ThermaSpa nor do I know anyone who does, but the fact that they are touting the length of their brochure is interesting.
